Meet the Staff at PFSA
John A.R. Salvador
Chief Executive Officer
Born in San Jose, CA, former resident of Santa Clara for 38 years and a current resident of Patterson. Served as Chairman of the PFSA Business Board of Directors from July 2009 thru November 1, 2015. Past Secretary-Treasurer/CEO of SES a composing Society of PFSA and a lifetime member.
Carla Cardoso
Executive Secretary
Carla was born in Terceira, Azores. Her husband Luis and her sons Lucas and Marcelo are the joys of her life. Carla has been working for PFSA since 1994 and throughout the years she has met wonderful people that she now considers her fraternal family.
Lidia Mata
Marketing / Publications / Member Services
Lidia was born in El Salvador and moved to California in 1986, since then she has been living in the Bay Area for 28 years. Lidia has been working for the Fraternal Organizations since 2001. Lidia enjoys working with a team that enjoys servicing the PFSA members as well as helping the communities.
Addie DaSilva
Receptionist / Member Services
Addie has been working for the PFSA since 2004 and really enjoys in assisting all our members. Addie loves spending time with her family especially her six grandchildren.
Henrietta Silveira
Claims Processor/ Member Services
Henrietta was born in Terceira and started working for PFSA in March 2003. Her hobbies are reading and dancing. Henrietta’s favorite food is sushi and her favorite person is her son Andrew whom she loves to the moon and back.
Jocelyn Limlingan
Accounting Technician/AR
Jocelyn Limlingan is married with two children and is resident of San Leandro. Jocelyn has been with the organization since 1997 and is part of the accounting department.
Patricia Zapata
Accounting Technician/AP
Patricia was born in the Philippines and moved to California 24 years ago. She has been living around the bay area and she is part of the San Leandro community now. Patricia has worked in comprehensive payroll, taxes and accounting field for more than 15 years. Her husband and her 3 children are her pride and joy. Her hobbies are reading, painting, paper crafting and DIY’ing.
Victor Fernandes
Sales Manager
With over 20 years of experience as a sales manager, including 10 years in a Fraternal Benefit Society, Victor is committed to leveraging his breadth of understanding, product knowledge, and industry expertise to enhance the value our members get from being a part of our Society. Jerry Escobar
Fraternal Activities Director
Jerry was born in San Jose, California and raised in nearby Santa Clara after his family emigrated to the US from Faial, Azores. He has a background in design, branding, and community engagement. Prior to PFSA, he worked in high tech marketing and brand management consulting. In his role, he uses his passion for Portuguese culture and marketing to design programs that actively engage our members, promote our heritage, and give back to the community.
